I'm Robin, an experienced DBA and IS Analyst with over
20 years working as a consultant and in local government.
I'm passionate about working with databases but not about
talking up myself. But I'll try and give an accurate idea
of what I have to offer and what I'm really looking for.
It takes a lot of effort on all sides to find the right
person for the job, and the more you can know beforehand
the better the outcome.
The breadth of my work, which you can see in the resume, has allowed
me to gain skills from database design, SQL programming, ETL, performance tuning
through to C# programming of ASP.NET web apps. While it is not possible
to be knowledgable about every script, language and framework, I have
learned to find what I need to complete a task, or improve a job.

Yes, I believe so. I worked in California for 12 years and then for a California entity
while resident 5 years in Asia. Remote work worked well. All compensation was paid in the US.
